The following terms apply to all Boribana Medical Training (BMT) programs. By submitting an application or enrolling, you agree to these terms. Last updated: November 2026.
BMT programs are open only to licensed healthcare professionals holding a valid, active license. Eligibility and scope of participation may vary by program and state regulations. License and identity verification are required before the start date.
All tuition and any outstanding balances, including installments under a payment plan, must be paid in full before a participant can complete the program and receive a certificate.
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are confirmed with the BMT team at the time of enrollment. For questions, contact info@boribanamedicaltraining.com.
Applicants certify that the information submitted is true, complete, and accurate. False or incomplete information may result in denial of admission or dismissal from the program.
Documents and personal information submitted with your application are used only for admission and license verification and are kept confidential.
Hands-on training is performed under supervision. Participants are responsible for practicing within their legal scope of practice and agree to the clinical training liability waiver at enrollment.
Participants agree to keep all patient and model information confidential, in accordance with HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards.
By enrolling, participants authorize BMT to use photos or video taken during training for educational and promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to appear may notify BMT in writing at info@boribanamedicaltraining.com before the program start date.
